Valentines Day!!

Kiam and I decided to get creative when creating the Valentines breakfast menu for our hubbies.

This was the outcome:

We had triangle shaped waffles with strawberry, cool whip, and syrup toppings, Bacon (of course), eggs, home made brown sugar oatmeal, and of course OJ and Apple juice.

For Valentines Day Jr made me a vanity so I don't have to sit on the floor in front of the mirror anymore. Its awesome because I can fit all the stuff that use to lay on the floor, into this convenient little contraption. I also got chocolate covered strawberries that he drove all the way up to SLC to buy. Oh and of course a Disney movie (which he says every year on Valentines day I will get a new one) I love my hubby!!

Jr and I were able to spend some time with Ena and Kahi on Friday and Saturday. On Saturday Jr was putting air in one of my tires while Ena, Kahi, and I sat in the car and waited. All of a sudden I hear Ena say, "Aunty Krysynt Kahi is bleeding!" I turn around terrified and I see Kahialo crying and his nose is gushing out blood. I see it dripping onto his jacket and all over his hands. I quickly grabbed a napkin and asked him to tilt his head back and cover his nose with the napkin I provided. He did so and I cleaned off his jacket and wiped off as much blood off his hands as I could. Then Ena tells him "Kahi you need to stick the napkin inside your nose". I turn around once again to see Ena rolling up one edge of the nakin to make a point and then she proceeds to help Kahi in sticking it up his nose. What a helpful and loving sister. Poor Kahialo must have been traumatized because when we got home finally this is what we saw:

Kryd, Mom, and Dad...this is especially for you! Keahi was crawling to Kiam but as soon as I grabbed the camera, he got lazy and just started to roll around. It was still cute so I had to share. Love you all

Temporary Parents

Date Night!

Kai'ini is such an angel! She offered to babysit Keahi for us so Jr and I can go on a date. We haven't been on a real date in a looooong time. Jr always complains that we have too many visitors and there is never enough "us time". Thanks to Ini, Jr and I enjoyed dinner at one of his fave restaurants "Indian Palace" and then we watched the movie "9". Pretty cool movie. Nothing like I expected :)

New Moon!!

Thanks to Olivia I scored some New Moon tickets for opening night! I rarely go to things like this so I am super excited. The best part about this is that my hubby will be coming with me. Not because he was forced...but because he wanted to see the movie. Crazy right? He quite possibly may be the only male there that night but I dont think he minds. Thanks again Liv!!

Poem

So I'm randomly sitting in my room googling poems. I've always been fascinated with poems. I enjoy reading them as well as writing them. I guess this is a hidden talent that not too many people know I have...Syani knows :) I remember in elementary school we use to memorize and recite poems in front of a panel. It was crazy. I think that's where my fascination for it all began. Anyways here's a funny one I found...no offense to "husbands" It just made me laugh:

So we made it back to Utah and we were both happy and sad at the same time. I already miss my family but we had such a great time. My highlight of the trip (besides the wedding) was definately kayaking and snorkeling. It was a blast. I cant wait to do it again!!

Ok so I'm still getting use to posting up blogs again so bear with me as I try to get re-acquainted with it :)

Yesterday we had such a good day! Breakfast with Kalia and Kiam, then walking around with Ehu. Later we went to the beach with Kainalu, Kamaile, and Kealohi. Then at night we went to dinner at the Kona Brewery with Kuhio, Kess, Kamea, and Krydynce.

We are having so much fun here and cant wait to get today started!

Almost a year later and we are back in hawaii for my brother kalias wedding. Its so nice to be around all the babies. I love spending time with my family...especially my crazy sisters. We always have a great time together. Here are some pictures of what we have been up to...

Wedding Colors

I think I finally decided on my colors. It will be like a dark Mauve almost Wine and Pink. I found some cute examples online. The last picture I thought was cute as a centerpiece. I would use Orchids instead of whats in it right now. I think its kinda cute and a little different. Let me know what you think. I didn't even think of using blush pink as the accent color but I think its really pretty. What are your thoughts?

Wedding Reception Venue

So I finally found a place to have our reception at. It only took me forever to find it but thanks to my wonderful family, I was able to finally book one. Check it out and tell me what you think. Any ideas on how to decorate will be greatly appreciated. I need lots of ideas for center pieces, favors, and flower arrangements. If you know anyone who can hook us up, that would be great too!

We're getting MARRIED!!

Hi everyone. A friend of mine did this and I thought it was cool so to keep you informed I've decided to create one as well. As you all know, Junior and I are officially engaged! After ALL THESE YEARS! This is definitely an exciting time in our lives and we are happy to be able to share it with all those we love. Thank you for always supporting and loving us!

We have decided to get married in the Kona, Hawaii temple on June 19, 2008. After the temple we will have a small luncheon at the Grace home. The following Friday (June 20, 2008) we will all fly to Oahu and the reception will be held that night. I hope you are all able to join us as it wouldn't be as much fun without you! We love you all and cant wait to get together with everyone in June!!
